If you wish to return or exchange an UNOPENED/UNUSED product that is 100% in original condition and purchased within thirty days, email info@eurobros.net to inquire about our Return and Exchanges guide. If your order was received with any damages or errors, please contact EuroBros Customer Service within 30 days to be eligible for an order correction.

International Returns

Returns for international purchases will have a handling and restocking fee unless product arrives damaged. Items MUST be inspected upon arrival. Please guarantee parts ordered are compatible with your market. With the exception of damaged items, ALL INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING IS TO BE COVERED AND ARRANGED BY CUSTOMER. In case of damages, please notify customer service at info@eurobros.net as soon as item inspection is completed.

We ask all international customers to email us at info@eurobros.net for shipping rates on wanted items. Due to restrictions of certain country's customs we must make sure item can be shipped. We will respond to email requests within 48 hours.

EUROBROS LIFETIME WARRANTY GUARANTEE
We build our products to last over extended periods of use, but inevitably everything does eventually wear out. EuroBros branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, except for certain exclusions identified below.
This warranty applies to all EuroBros branded equipment only (e.g., suspension parts, shift knobs, steering wheels). The warranty does not apply to clothing items, accessories and other washable products. Please carefully review the exclusions to confirm whether your product is covered. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
